Frequently asked questions
How do annual caps work?
Basic and Advanced have both monthly and annual limits, by session type. Unused monthly sessions do not roll over; additional volumes require a separate agreement.
Is Premium genuinely unlimited?
There is no numerical session cap, but delivery is governed by reserved capacity, booking windows, notice periods, SLAs and agreed contract terms. It does not mean unlimited simultaneous availability.
Can reports be shared with end clients?
Only where appropriate legal grounds, notices, permissions and contractual arrangements allow it. Individual candidate data is not shared automatically.
Do AI agents decide whether a candidate is hired?
No. Reports support preparation and evaluation with human oversight; they are not automated hiring or rejection decisions.
What are the commercial terms?
Prices per month excluding VAT, proposed initial term of 12 months, invoiced monthly. Special configurations, integrations and extra volumes are quoted separately.
